✅ Return & Exchange Window:

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Footwear must be tried indoors only.
  • Sale items, undergarments, and customized products are not eligible.

🔁 Exchange Options:

  • Size or color exchange (based on availability).
  • Exchange for a different product (adjusted for price difference if any).

🚚 Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, reason, and pictures (if needed).
  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.

🚛 Return Shipping:

Customer bears the shipping cost for return/exchange unless the item was defective or incorrect.

❌ Rejection Conditions:

  • Shows signs of wear or use.
  • Returned after 3 days of delivery.
