Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Ownfit, we offer a smooth and customer-friendly exchange policy. All items* can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet our eligibility criteria.

💵 Refund Policy

Ownfit does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  • All purchases are considered final, and we strictly maintain an exchange-only policy.
  • Once an order is placed, no cancellations or money-back requests will be entertained.

🔁 Exchange Procedure

1. Send the item back to our warehouse using any courier service that suits you.

2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with your exchange.

Cash on Delivery Charges: Rs 200 (applicable to all COD orders)

Exchange Charges: Must be paid in advance via bank transfer or online payment.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Exchange requests are handled on a weekly basis.
  • Replacement items are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on availability.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned product is received and approved.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

You can request an exchange if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
We are unable to process exchanges in the following cases:
  • Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that are used, worn, or damaged after use.
  • Products that have been altered or tampered with.
  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer.
